USE:
Protection against sun damage to the eyes. Type of filter: Such indication can be found on the packaging. The number indicates the category of the filter (protection against sun glare): 0=Very limited, 1=Limited, 2=Good, 3=High, 4=Very high. For recommended use, refer to the symbol in the Table 1 under the corresponding number. M-Experiment eyewear lenses are defined into 6 category types: Standard, Polarized, Plasmachromatic, Plasmachromatic Polarized, Photochromatic, and Plasma-Photochromatic. GENERAL INFORMATION:
M-Experiment lenses fitted in our eyewear feature high optical precision and are impact-resistant according to US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 801.410. However, they should not be considered as an unbreakable shield against impacts. The frames are made of specially designed materials to guarantee lightness, comfort and, at the same time, mechanical sturdiness.
LIMITATION OF USE:
M-Experiment eyewear is not to be used as safety glasses or eye protection against mechanical impact hazard. They are not suitable for direct viewing of the sun or for protection against UV rays from artificial light sources (e.g. solaria, tanning beds). The lenses from category 1 to 4 in Table 1 are not suitable for driving in twilight or at night. Lenses with filter category 4 are not suitable for driving and road use. M-Experiment Category 0 lenses would include clear, category 1 lenses would include flash, category 2 lenses would include Copper, Rose, and Amethyst, lens category 3 would include Gray, Gray Polarized, Sepia, Sepia Polarized, Sage, Obsidian, Obsidian Polarized, Blaze, Glacier Polarized, Gold Polarized, Silver, variable category lenses would include Smoke Photochromatic.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Use water and mild dish soap to clean your M-Experiment eyewear. Avoid using all types of solvents or alcohol. Do not use dirty or abrasive cloth, which could alter the features of the filter. Use only original accessories and spare parts.
STORAGE:
Store the M-Experiment eyewear in the included microfiber bag, or in a secure hard case when not in use. This will help to protect them from scratches, dirt, and other damage.
